Does Pod replace my mattress?
No. The Cover goes on your existing mattress and connects to the Hub. A mattress and bed frame are not included. Follow Eight Sleep’s compatibility and setup instructions.

Autopilot access and subscription charges depend on the selected regional plan. Confirm what is included before ordering.
How do the 14-day returns work?
Our 14-day worry-free return offer applies across all markets. Request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Opened or used products are eligible if undamaged and complete with original boxes, packaging, components and accessories. Customers arrange and pay return shipping to Hong Kong. No restocking fee applies. Contact InnoSleep for written instructions and the Hong Kong return address before shipping. Faulty or incorrect goods are handled separately; applicable rights remain unaffected.
Who provides the warranty?
Eight Sleep provides the official product warranty, subject to its applicable product and regional terms. InnoSleep helps coordinate the claim and communication with the official team. Email info@eightsleephk.com with your order number, proof of purchase, serial number and issue. Wait for instructions before shipping; coverage, logistics and any costs are confirmed for your case. Our obligations as seller remain unchanged.
